You can tell she is cheating on him from the hand touching Bison's pecs in the last panel (decidedly feminine w/ pink nails)

arne_ i think the breathing mask is most likely a homage to Sub Zero or Scorpion (or Cyrax, Kabal or Reptile etc etc...) from the Mortal Kombat series

The breathing mask is probably a homage to the king of courting, Frank Booth(Dennis Hopper), fom "Blue Velvet". Purple Ninja wants a bit of pink velvet action.
