    His name is Sanjuro Imo

Lets see if anyone else gets this
  • Bob · 1 year ago
But, Sanjuro did a left hand draw with reverse grip. Still a great cartoon.

    HaHaHaHa... PMSL.... awsome!
  • Jeane · 1 year ago
Absolutely my favorite as well. The artwork is exquisite! I love how the nose and tongue overlap into the second panel.
  • Teemu · 1 year ago
I get a feeling that I am missing one panel, between 1st and 2nd. Because you can't fast-draw katana and end up in that position. I must assume that they fought a bit. Not a big mistake, but it bothers me.

Anyway, 3rd panel is just.. cool? :P

You're kidding of course. I refuse to believe that that could be anyone's first reaction to a comic in which POTATO HEADS HAVE A DUEL.

Yeah, exactly. My first thought was, "How could all those pieces possibly fit through that narrow slit?" Jeez. Get a life.

Teemu stop nitpicking, it's a webcomic for crissake
  • Kira Dahmer · 11 months ago
It doesn't matter what the medium is. If it attempts to do something, it has to do it well for christsake.
  • Disasterbation · 1 year ago
Obviously Teemu never saw the movie. Which in my eyes makes him an inconsequential human being.

    No offense.

    what movie is this from?
  • Gal · 1 year ago
Sanjuro, directed by Akira Kurosawa. With Toshiro Mifune as the original man with no name.

    Great film.

no isn't it from the seven samurai?
  • JimVincent · 1 year ago
    It's Sanjuro.
  • Toshiro · 1 year ago
No, it's definitely from Seven Samurai. There is no scene like this in Sanjuro, while there IS a scene exactly like this in Seven Samurai.
  • Barb · 1 year ago
Nooo, it's definitely from Sanjuro. Epic blood/potatohead explosion and all.

I hope it's just a conscious use of creative license to get two syllables for the quote.
(I almost didn't leave this comment, but then I saw he did a "lol @ transporters" in the exact format i had this one, so i had to :P)
