Comments are in much better shape, now. Sorry that I lost a few folks’ comments in the switchover. I decided to go with Disqus, rather than Intense Debate. Yeah, it's a really slick system. And their support responded to an issue I was having within minutes, yesterday. I'm pretty impressed and relieved to finally have a decent commenting system on this site. It's been desperately needed for a while now.

You really put the hooks to your loyal advertisers. And the big corporate ads like Pizza Hut negate the gains of the new design.

Sorry if I killed an ad your were running. I'm probably going to drop that google ad experiment in the next few days and put a PW leaderboard up there. Haven't really been impressed with the google ads.
