Truck Bearing Kibble: Truck Bearing Kibble

  • gehrehmee · 1 year ago
I just enjoyed the fact that the community chest seems to have been emptied/pilfered.
  • Worm · 1 year ago
    You're great! Everyone loves you.
  • joe · 1 year ago
is that an igloo on bartertown? how much is rent on an igloo?
  • david k · 1 year ago
    kinda weak...
  • KNW · 1 year ago
I'ts not an igloo, it's Thunderdome. Two peices enter, one peice leaves.
  • Chris · 1 year ago
Nah, its a grass hut. The game's been bombed back to the stone age!
  • greg · 1 year ago
I AM CONFUSED I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE FUNNY
  • Graham · 1 year ago
    KNW was right, it's a movie reference;
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mad_Max_Beyond_Thu...

Unfortunately, it's not partially funny until you understand that. :(
    Great art, again, of course..
  • Nick · 1 year ago
Wow. I've been playing DEFCON all week, so this is kinda creepy.
  • romeuruiva · 1 year ago
Wow! Monopoly! The crumpled card is like all my Monopoly cards. And the Thunderdome... Genius!!!
  • Ted · 1 year ago
I LOVE it. The dead pet dog reference from the movies...very subtle.
  • Zarim · 1 year ago
BUT HIM HAT PIECE! TWENTY MEN ENTER, ONLY HIM LEAVE!
  • Dan · 1 year ago
i google-imaged a monopoly board to see if it would be funnier and i found that if you go back 4 spaces from the chance in between the reds (with indiana one space ahead, too) it lands you in the oranges right before the community chest. thumbs up for accuracy!
  • Jason · 1 year ago
    HAHAHAHA!
    That one was perfect.
  • Indian Jones · 1 year ago
Oh man, someone's gotta spell this one out for me.
  • themightykabool · 1 year ago
    to indie:

    "spelled" KNW
    haha
and ironically he uses poor spelling in his explaination

if u're still confused see graham's post
  • Chickens · 1 year ago
TWO PIECES ENTER! ONE PIECE LEAVES!
And here I thought I was the only person on Earth that actually watched that movie.

    PS Kabool: "explanation"
  • TychoCelchuuu · 1 year ago
    I laughed so hard.
  • The Lazy Canadian · 1 year ago
It's so funny that it actually hurts. I kid you not, sir. Well done. :D
  • Faust · 1 year ago
I think the piece being the dog is supposed to be a reference to "A Boy and his Dog", then again I just know too much about post-apoc fiction.
  • themightykabool · 1 year ago
hahaha looks like i can't spell either
    booya

i thought gibson's dog died in the first movie?
  • Ted · 1 year ago
    @themightykabool
Dunno, maybe I'm over-thinking it. But it would still be correct along the timeline of the movie. The dog is alive. By the time Armageddon happens and he's at Bartertown, the dog would already be dead.
  • Peter Ebel · 1 year ago
    That's a lot of references!
  • themightykabool · 1 year ago
    yes, peter, we're all geeks...
  • Cee Gee · 1 year ago
Who run Bartertown? Who... run... Bartertown?
  • Cornelius Bojangle · 1 year ago
    Master Blaster-Ship runs Bartertown.
  • Zachariah · 1 year ago
I don't get it, How can so many people not have seen thunderdome?

that was fucking great. Don't let these "I-don't-get-it-ers" get you down.
  • Gal · 1 year ago
    I particularly like the snake-eyes.
  • Jon M. · 1 year ago
Do not pass Bartertown. Embargo. Go directly to Thunderdome. :D
  • Havelocke · 1 year ago
Lol, well said, I was going to post a Fallout-themed comment of a similar nature (megaton, rivet city, etc.) but I see you've beat me there!
  • Manon · 1 year ago
So that Chance card is huge. If that hand is roughly the size of my hand, the card would be like 12" x 7"
  • nick · 1 year ago
i really like this comic--and i may be wrong about this criticism--but i thought that in monopoly, if you roll doubles, you roll again. 3 in-a-row lands you in jail. so he couldn't have landed on that chance card with snake eyes.
  • lewis · 1 year ago
yeah but you roll after you pick up the card
  • molly · 1 year ago
Haw!!! Splendid humour, splendid artwork - thanks for sharing :)
  • Drosen · 9 months ago
Poor Dogmeat's gotta pay a fortune to stay at the bomb-shelter and mortgage some craters :( At least he gets a second roll, let's just hope he doesn't get a mutation card

PS: Love how the "House" looks like Megaton from Fallout 3. Psychic much?
  • Coolio · 7 months ago
I thought It was the Thuderdome, a referance from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, hence barter town
  • Pete · 7 months ago
Yes, it's a Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome reference.

For those who didn't catch it: this comic just flew past yo' heads.
  • nullability · 6 months ago
It doesn't look like Megaton at all.
  • kettch · 7 months ago
TWO MEN ENTER! ONE MAN LEAVES!
